  • Usage information such as request counts, quota status, selected model, Pro status, and basic technical logs used to keep the service reliable.
  • Payment-related information you provide through bank transfer notes or support messages when requesting a Pro upgrade.

How We Use Information

  • To provide chat, web search, document understanding, image generation, memory, and other AI features.
  • To authenticate users, prevent unauthorized access, manage quotas, and activate Pro features.
  • To improve reliability, debug errors, protect against abuse, and understand how the service is used.

AI Processing

  • Your prompts, files, images, and conversation context may be processed by AI model providers and infrastructure services so ZORA can generate responses.
