Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ZORA AI, including chat, web search, uploads, image generation, account features, and Pro upgrades.

Using ZORA

  • You may use ZORA for lawful personal, educational, and business productivity purposes.
  • You are responsible for the prompts, files, images, links, and other content you submit.
  • You must keep your account secure and must not share access in a way that abuses quotas, bypasses controls, or harms the service.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use ZORA to break the law, violate rights, distribute malware, phish, spam, harass, exploit children, or generate harmful instructions.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, interfere with, or bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Do not upload content you do not have permission to use or share.

AI Output

  • ZORA uses AI systems that can make mistakes. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or outdated.
  • You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use AI-generated content.
  • Do not rely on ZORA as the only source for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other high-impact decisions.

Accounts and Access

  • Google Sign-In may be required to use chat and account features.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is abusing the service, violating these terms, creating risk, or causing operational issues.
  • You can stop using the service at any time.

Free Quota and Pro

  • Free accounts may include daily request limits across chat, image generation, and related AI features.
  • Pro features, prices, limits, and availability may change as the service evolves.
  • Pro activation may be manual after payment verification. Use the exact transfer note shown during checkout to help us verify faster.
  • Unless required by law or explicitly agreed, payments are not automatically refundable after Pro access is activated.

Content and Ownership

  • You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights needed for ZORA and its providers to operate the service.
  • You grant ZORA permission to process, store, transmit, display, and generate responses from your content so the service can work.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Service Changes

  • We may update, pause, remove, or limit features at any time, including models, tools, quotas, pricing, and availability.
  • We aim to keep ZORA reliable, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted.

Disclaimers and Liability

  • ZORA is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.
  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, ZORA is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by reliance on AI output.
  • Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service as the service changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
